Cost of apps to remote users using iOS, Android, etc., if the Emby Server Host has purchased Premiere

Sorry, I'm sure this is clearly spelled out somewhere and I'm happy to to pointed to that documentation...  So, my newb question; are the remote users of a Server that has paid for Premiere Emby able to install fully functional iOS/Android/etc. apps without incurring additional costs?

In short, yes, as long as the server owner maintains an active Emby Premiere subscription - users connected to that server are able to benefit from the features outlined here:
