Closed captions on Roku client from HDHomeRun?

The planned setup would be Emby serving live TV from my HDHomeRun Quatro over the Internet to a Roku Emby client with closed captions.  Is this supported?  If so, it appears this would require Premiere, is that correct?  Thanks!

Yes, live tv requires premiere.
