When I am in my apartment in russia, I cannot view my content.
A fix is needed, so my content will load.
I do not have problems on devices with VPN, so I think the problem is someone in your end, that the server cannot reach because of restrictions?

Quite possible that access to Emby server to qualify a license may be limited right now in Russia.  I believe they are blocking a lot of Internet traffic, whole countries at once.  Hopefully, that can change.  Perhaps a VPN account might work around this, but I believe it's illegal and might cause issues.  I don't know what is true from the mixed info we get.
