From this point on, playlists were also displayed in the Emby home menu. Afterward, I reset the Kodi Emby plugin and set everything up again; "Playlists" then appeared as an option, I selected it, and now all the playlists are there. Please check if the Playlist are available under Emby's libraries
hansi9990 1 Posted August 4 Posted August 4 Yes it is. However, I think that before I created a dummy playlist in Emby itself, it wasn't there. There seems to be a bug in Emby: the playlists are read and displayed within the music library (see the first image I attached), but they aren't actually added to the library until you create one within Emby. 1

I checked again and works fine on my setup. Can you please show me a screenshot of your folder structure and send me one of you srt files for review please. Also a screenshot of your subtile settings on Emby server might help. Edited August 6 by quickmic

I bumped into a small issue and wanted to check if there's any chance to fix this: When a movie is added via a .strm file and i have an external audio track (like an .mka file) in the same folder, Kodi doesn't display or offer that external track for selection. Normal Emby clients detect and play the external .mka tracks just fine. Also, with regular .mkv files, EmbyForKodi passes the external audio tracks to Kodi without any issues. So it seems to be specifically happening with .strm files. I know it’s a very specific and niche issue, but it would be awesome if you could look into this whenever you have time. Thanks again for your great work! Can you please post a strm file and the folder structure ok the external audio track please. Do you use native or addon mode?
adolfotregosa 0 Posted Monday at 07:34 PM Posted Monday at 07:34 PM Hi everyone, new user here. I use Kodi with the Vero V player. The 'skip intro' option is very unreliable for me on version 12.4.23, but it works perfectly on the latest available version 11. Am I the only one? Should I use version 11 instead ? Thank you!

Emby does not report marker updates, when the markers are added after the content was synced (Emby task). Also you can adjust the library settings to add makers on new content and not only as a task.
adolfotregosa 0 Posted Thursday at 06:43 AM Posted Thursday at 06:43 AM (edited) The skip intro button that fails to show up on kodi shows up on my browser and v11. It just fails to show up on the latest v12 beta. Also that marker option is broken on the stable version, you need the beta .24 for that to be fixed. Edited Thursday at 06:44 AM by adolfotregosa

The log must include a file playback that should include the skin intro. btw, I still think it's a sync issue, not a plugin issue, however. Could also be a skin issue, but in this case skip intro should never show up. Did you trigger a repair sync in the plugin? Edited Thursday at 06:47 AM by quickmic
