Emby Server Not Picking Up Some Music Files

I have an issue that's been haunting me all day that I haven't been able to figure out so figured I'd ask here and hopefully someone has had a similar issue.

My Emby server is not picking up some music files and I cannot figure out why.  In an act of desperation I made a second Emby container on the same host, tried my best to match everything as perfectly as I could between the servers and it works on the second server.    Server 1 picks up ~8000 songs and server 2 picks up the entire ~32000 songs.

One difference I've noticed between the two servers is that on server 1 there is no "Folders" option at the top of the page.  I've included some screenshots below showing the different top bar and that library settings are the same on both servers.

I've also included a screenshot showing that both containers can see the exact same folder structure, the windows shown are shell connections to the emby containers, not the host.

If anyone has any suggestions on what I can try for troubleshooting I'd appreciate it.

Hey Luke,  Can you clarify the question?  Do you mean how many libraries in total including libraries not related to the music?

Quick update - I was just poking around again and it now has an option to browse by folders on Server 1 (not sure why, havent even restarted the server since my screenshots from yesterday) but I can now see that only "/media/oplink/drive1/Music/Bryce" and "/media/oplink/drive1/Music/PmMeida" are showing up.  .../IPT and .../Lidarr are not there.

The Folders option is always there. You probably just couldn't scroll to it for whatever reason.

For future reference if someone finds themselves here.  After seeing the two paths that were not working by looking at the folders section, I simply removed and readded those two paths to the library and it is working properly now!
