BANNED on main email account

Hello, 

I've been trying to log into my Emby account which I must have made years and years ago but I get the message 'BANNED' when I try to log in and I can't access any support on this account. I'm keen to get lifetime Emby premiere but want to do that on my main email. There's no reason I can think why I would have been banned except possibly inactivity? Any help sorting this would be amazing. 

If support is able to get in contact I can supply my original email.
