Hello,
I'm getting this error opening a few videos on Edge.
They do work on Chrome but I get no Audio there since they are AC3/EAC3.
Edge works in general, and I can ear the audio, but some video doesn't open.

This is the beta, v4.9. I installed it since I read in a previous thread someone solved this issue with it. Didn't help for me.

I'm also uploading the log.
Cheers :)

Sounds pretty normal since you disabled conversion options.

I can't really transcode though, Emby runs on an ARM synology.  😕

You should enable audio transcoding at least, this is a very lightweight CPU operation and should solve your issue.

Doesn't work anyway 🤷‍♂️

Overall depending on exact reason required for conversion this is completely normal to get "no compatible streams" as you are not allowing Emby to convert to what the client wants or is having issues with.

So you will most likely only be able to disable video conversion.

But will need to see ffmpeg logs with the options enabled to see reason.  As server log say you have client maxed to 7Mbps and trying to play 25Mbps media.

Then I would install the Emby Windows app from the store rather than use the browser. It will be able to direct play more formats without transcoding.
