Emby Connect issue - "You are not permitted to register a user account with this site"

My daughter has been unable to create an Emby Connect account. She has an account on the server and is able to access everything fine. But when she tried to register, she got the message below. I also tried several times and got the same thing. Is there an issue with my account causing this to be blocked?
