New user problems

After being told as from tomorrow Plex are changing things in a negative way, I decided to look for alternatives and Emby came highly recommended.  Now here's the problem.  I installed the app on my Mac Mini (M1) and then added my library.  They all show fine as they are supposed to do.

Thinking it was all working "out of the box", I then installed the app on my Firestick (Emby For Fire app) and whenever I pressed play, the screen would go black for a second or two and then go back to the episode page and then mark the episode as watched.  So I went back tot he server on the Mac and pressed play and the screen started to load the episode and then I got this error:
No compatible streams are currently available. Please try again later or contact your system administrator for details.

I can see it's a permission denied error.  Can anyone suggest a fix for me please?  I would really appreciate a response using layman's terms as well if possible

Hi there, what was the solution?

I changed my router (the bb in my area has been down for two days) so I used mobile hotspot.  The ip hadn’t changed in the settings.
