how to close the ThemeSongs by default in 4.8.11.0

In version 4.8.10.0, can modify the UserSettingsBuilder to set enableThemeSongs, but in version 11.0, this code no longer seems to include the enableThemeSongs . If I want to disable it by default, how should I modify it now?
