Trouble getting thumb images from sources other than Fanart.tv

Hello! I am having an issue where, despite my Image Fetcher settings including both TheMovieDB and TheTVDB, when I look for new Thumbs, all I see are options from Fanart. I get TMDB and TVDB images when looking for Primary, Logo, and Backdrop images. But no matter the movie, Emby will not show me anything but Fanart for Thumbs. Browsing the thumbs for the same movies in Jellyfin shows thumbs from all three sources, so I know they exist. Can someone help me figure out what I am doing wrong?

Attached are the log items from the time I tried browsing thumbs. You can see some 500 errors but I'm not sure how to decipher them. I know TMDB and TVDB are working fine, as I browsed for thumbs for the same movie at the same time using Jellyfin and got the expected results.

Emby 4.9.0.42b (though it was a problem on the last stable; I installed the beta hoping it would help), Synology DS1019+, DSM 7.2.2-72806 Update 3.

Sorry but from a Thumb image standpoint Fanart is the only provider for that specific image.  As from TMDB/TVDB they would be backdrops with text that are not mapped to be fetched that way.  Unless you are talking about a different image?

But complete example would demonstrate your issue better.

As for errors will probably need to see the full server log.

Interesting. I am seeing a discrepancy between the thumb images Emby and Jellyfin provides. It sounds like you are saying there may not be a problem, that Emby is getting the images it is intending. And by extension, maybe Jellyfin is getting images that are unintended to be thumbs? I also may have muddied the issue slightly, as doing a bunch of tests in Jellyfin right now, I'm only getting extra images from TMDB, not from TVDB.

Attached are screenshots of the Thumbs results from Emby and Jellyfin. The extra images Jellyfin provides from TMDB generally appear to be similar to the ones Fanart provides, except that that they are of a higher resolution. Those images aren't "thumbs" ?

As you can see technically no as Emby has not taken the time to port/map them to thumbs and have removed them as even backdrop options.
