Firetv randomly freezes wihthin the last 5-10 minutes of a tv show

I have a reproduceable issue with my firetv.

Problem:
At the End of an episode, around 5-10minutes before it ends (depends on how long the episode is), playback starts freezing every now and then.
I can play a 45minute file with no problems until i reach 5-7minutes before it ends. Then it starts freezing. After 30-60 seconds it resumes playing, after another 30-60 seconds it again freezes, then plays, freezes, plays, etc. until the file is done.
It freezes about as long as it then plays again until the next freeze.

Steps i already tried:
It occures with every firetv stick i tested (4 so far).
It occures independent of the user.
It does not occure when watching with LG APP.
It does not occure when watching with browser.
It does not occure when i set quality so low that the file needs to be transcoded.
I can only reproduce this with tv shows, not with movies (haven't found the sweetspot in file length)
It does not happen with all my files (althoug all the files are encoded the same way (x265 tdarr).
it does not matter if i watch the whole file or if i scroll to the end of a file it freezes in both cases.

Try installing Standard Android app from App store (search for "Emb") and see how does that compare.

Hi.  Do you always have subtitles enabled?  Does this still occur if you disable them?

Can you try searching for our standard android app (Just "Emby" on Amazon and "Emby for Android on Google) on the same device's app store and see how that compares?

It stopps happening when disabling subtiles.
Also it's working when using the standard android app.
