iOS - Download button not working

I have changed my iPhone recently and need to download some content for a flight in a few days.

However, when I press the Download button on any of my server’s content in the Emby app, it does not work. In fact, that screen (attached) just sits there after pressing the button.

i have tried:-

* force closing the app

* restarting the phone

* restarting the server

 * checking available space

Hope someone can help!

Hi.  Try uninstalling and re-installing the app and, when you start it for the first time, be sure to "Allow" any permissions it requests.
