[BUG] When the left button is pressed, the “left” toast is displayed *Android TV

Hi, I installed Emby 3.4.37 on my TV and I noticed that when I press the left button of the remote control, the TV shows the “left” toast, this is reproducible on all my TVs, please fix this bug!
