Backup & Restore plugins are not working. Window 11 Emby server

I installed it and followed the setup instructions but could not get it to run a backup.  Could you help, please?

I want to back up my library using the Backup & Restore plugins because I am going to reinstall my Windows PC and Emby server on a fresh operating system.

Since I set it up yesterday, I am not getting anything backed up into the directory folder. I am not sure if I have done right, but nothing is bucking up

Would need to see the server log per the How to Report a Problem link as the only thing that comes to mind would be maybe permissions.

Do you have a server log where the task has actually run?  Otherwise it will run after midnight.

The Backup plugin can't backup all your media files.

No, I don’t have any more logs. Isn’t it possible to start a backup now? Do I need to wait for it to start on its own time?

Yes, I am aware of that., and I also have the file manually saved in a separate drive.

Yes just go to Schedules task and manually run the task.

Make sure you have configured the plugin to backup all the folders otherwise you have to manually copy them as paths get written in the dbs like People and depending on where you store metadata/images for your media.

And please turn off portmapper plugin.

That will make you logs easier to sift through.
