Emby Movies Collections issue.

Hello All,

My limited understanding is that Emby determines collections by scanning metadata (e.g., "collection" or "series" tags) from my library and matching them against online databases like TMDB or TVDB. in this case i will see info like this

tmdbcolid="87359">

<name>Mission: Impossible Collection</name>

<set tmdbcolid="987044">

<name>Joker Collection</name>

<set tmdbcolid="448150">

<name>Deadpool Collection</name>

The issue I'm facing is that not all my movies in sets or collections are appearing under the Collections section in Emby.

For example, movies like Joker and Deadpool, along with many others, are part of over 100 collection sets that should appear as grouped collections in Emby. However, instead of showing them as sets, Emby is displaying them as individual movies. In the Collections section, only 6 or 7 sets are appearing, which doesn’t make sense given the number of collections I have.

I have scan my library via Emby native scanner , MCM , and tiny Media and still no luck

What I meant is that movies like the Deadpool series, which consists of multiple films, can be combined into a single collection or set. For example, Joker has two released movies, so those could form one collection or a set of two films. In my case, I have over 100 collections of different movie series, such as Star Wars, Mission Impossible, Kung Fu Panda, and Pitch Perfect. These are examples of movies that can form their own individual sets. My issue is that Emby only displays 10 to 15 collections, and many of the examples I provided, so my best guess i am missing something or i am not sure what i am doing which is possible the case so please advise thanks

HI, please try refreshing the metadata on the movies in the deadpool collection and see if that helps.
