Server Version 4.8.10.0
DSM 6.0

Tv shows metadata autosearch are perfect !
but movie library global language value settings not effect ?

(EU MOVIE library settings)
Preferred metadata download language = english
Preferred image download language = english 
Movie Metadata Downloaders = TheMovieDb

(JA MOVIE library settings)
Preferred metadata download language = japanese
Preferred image download language = japanese 
Movie Metadata Downloaders = TheMovieDb

(ZH MOVIE library settings)
Preferred metadata download language = Chinese Simlified
Preferred image download language = Chinese Simlified 
Movie Metadata Downloaders = TheMovieDb

AUTOMATIC Search Results
EU MOVIE Metadata  Perfect ! 
JA MOVIE Metadata  Wrong !!! English Title / Poster / Overview

three-dot menu > Edit Metadata > Select Preferred metadata download language

I found the reason.  the path setting was wrong.

EU MOVIE library path settings is   

MOVIE/

so everything is english

delete all library and resetting

everything is good

Yes that library paths would have been the next question.  Just have to make sure no library path is a child of any other path.
