Xbox One S - 1 out of every 2 times the app opens, can't select anything.

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone else was having this issue.  1 out of every 2 times I open the app on my Xbox One S, I need to press the middle X button so that I can use the app.  Otherwise, the app opens and I can't select anything.

Any thoughts?
