Media Info Not Showing Up

Hi there, I found that the audio and video info for the movie annd show I added is not swing up. I can’t found the issue. I tried to add a new one and so I can have a log uploaded. Please help me check it. Thanks!

Do you have a copy of Hao dong xi (2024)?
Try using Settings ... 3 dots / Identity / IMDB /   And enter: tt31807233

The search for the media name in Chinese is perhaps not being found.

Sorry, what I mean is my Emby is not showing each videos format like 1080 HEVC, is not showing the audio format.

Sorry for the misleading title. The problem is I can’t see the video info and audio info. Such as 1080 hevc, mbps, audio format and so on

Hi, this information is currently not extracted from iso files. Have you considered converting to mkv using make mkv?

Hi, the server doesn't probe strm files for media info.
