No Movies or TV menu option

I'm not sure when this happened. I honestly thought it was a "streamlined" interface until I went online and saw that other people still have those menu options as well as genre selection and such. It's easier to see than describe, I think:

You can see across the top that I only have HOME FAVOURITES SEARCH and SETTINGS. It's frustrating, as unless the movie or TV show is available in the "latest" menu, I can't even view it from the apple TV, except via search.

Is there a config file somewhere on the server that needs adjusting? I'm assuming that I've misconfigured something, or something went sideways during an update.

I noticed that I also don't have those menu options in the web interface (but I do have the side menu).
