Illuminationx 0 Posted December 25, 2024 Posted December 25, 2024 (edited) Thanks for viewing. Emby has worked for years, but out of nowhere just one of my My Media folders stopped displaying movie cover images, while all other folders are still generating cover images when new content is added. Are there any solutions to fix this so it starts generating cover images for this one folder again like the others do? Has anyone ran into this before? Luke 42079 Posted December 25, 2024 Posted December 25, 2024 Hi there, how many Emby libraries have you created, and what folder paths are added to each one?
Solution Illuminationx 0 Posted December 29, 2024 Author Solution Posted December 29, 2024 (edited) @LukeThank you for responding. Actually I figured out the issue, I only had RPDB selected for "Movie Image Fetchers" in the library with issues when the other working libraries also had "TheMovieDB" selected. For some reason the RPDB image gen stopped working and it wasn't able to generate the cover images. By reselecting "TheMovieDB" image fetching, it works again. Hope this is helpful to anyone else who runs into this. Thanks Edited December 29, 2024 by Illuminationx Found Solution
Illuminationx 0 Posted December 29, 2024 Author Posted December 29, 2024 (edited) @LukeI think I found the issue with the RPDB plugin. When I edit the settings for the plugin it shows my RPDB license key for half a second, but then it disappears and I can only see part of the RPDB settings screen (in screenshot below). The location to change my key seems to be hidden offscreen at the top, where I can only see half an image. I've tried loading the RPDB settings screen on multiple browsers and made sure it was 100% size, not zoomed. Looks like something stopped working with RPDB after recent updates. OK please report your issue to the developer of the plugin here: In the meantime it is probably best to enable MovieDb and refresh metadata on titles that are missing images.
