Starting downloads in the queue

I don't know how to get a download to go from the "Queued" status to "downloading" status in Downloads on the emby server.

I setup Folder Sync and granted access to the user.

After I confirm the location, the app will even say "Downloading" after I hit save but nothing ever happens no matter what quality or profile options I choose.

I run the "Downloads and Conversions" scheduled tasks afterwards and it completes in about 2 seconds.

I feel like I'm missing a setting in the menu somewhere like "Sync folder as soon as a Download job is created"

I'm out. Emby server aint for me.  I couldn't get help on my issue either. Gonna go research a new media server now. bye.
