Subtitle issue for strm files

The test environment has not changed any settings.
Does this mean that the strm file will not recognize the default subtitles unless I change some settings?

I am hoping there will be an update that will eventually recognize them.

Today I added two new strms with external subtitles, and for some reason one of them had the default subtitle selected and the other was OFF.
I deleted the OFF one and added it again, but it remained OFF.
The one with the subtitle selected remained selected even after deleting it once and adding it again.

By the way, in Emby Version 4.9.0.37 beta, both were OFF.
I don't know what it means anymore.

Here is the file structure.

File name with correctly recognized subtitle:

SPEC~零~ [tmdbid=237439]
    SPEC~零~.strm
    SPEC~零~.ja.forced.default.srt

File name with incorrectly recognized subtitles:

SPEC~翔~ [tmdbid=345699]
    SPEC~翔~.strm
    SPEC~翔~.ja.forced.default.srt

Try using smart subtitle mode rather than default.

I retried all the subtitle modes, but the ones that were off remained off, and the ones with subtitles selected remained selected, with no change whatsoever. It's a shame.

I was a little uncomfortable with the fact that the subtitles were selected even if “no subtitles” was selected.

Try unchecking the option to remember track selections.

After unchecking the box, the forced subtitle is selected as expected.

Are there any side effects of removing this check?

Just that you lose the feature that is described in the help text underneath the option.

Understood.
I will operate unchecked.

Thank you very much.
