I cannot figure out how to get hardware transcoding working

I am on UNRAID. I passed through my intel iGPU. I set hardware transcoding to "Yes" but it is not touching my GPU when I try to transcode. Just using my CPU. I set it to advanced, but none of the advanced options are appearing for me. So I'm not sure how I am supposed to enable and get hardware transcoding to work.

I installed the official docker instead of the Binhex one, and it's working now.
