Hola, comunidad de Emby:

Tengo un problema al intentar reproducir contenido en la aplicación de Emby en una TV LG 47LB650V-ZN. Mi servidor está configurado correctamente y mi hermano, quien se conecta desde su casa, puede acceder al servidor sin problemas: puede navegar por los menús, ver las películas y series disponibles, pero al intentar reproducir cualquier contenido aparece el mensaje:

"Actualmente no hay transmisiones compatibles disponibles."

Yo he probado y puedo reproducir los archivos sin problema. He probado en dos TV LG que tengo en mi casa y en mi teléfono Android, y sin problema. Tanto con el Wifi de mi hogar como con mis datos móviles. 

En su perfil tengo activados "Permitir reproducción de contenido", "Permitir la reproducción de audio que requiera transcodificación", "Permitir la reproducción de vídeos que requieren transcodificación" y Permitir la reproducción de vídeo que requiere conversión sin volver a codificar".

¿Cómo puedo solucionarlo? ¿Es problema de su conexión a Internet o de la mía? ¿Debo hacer alguna configuración adicional para que él pueda reproducir el contenido?

Como datos adicionales, tengo Emby actualizado, y utilizo como servidor una Raspberry Pi 5 conectada mediante Ethernet.

I’m having an issue trying to play content on the Emby app on an LG TV (model 47LB650V-ZN). My server is properly configured, and my brother, who connects from his home, can access the server without any problems: he can browse the menus and see the available movies and shows, but when he tries to play any content, the following message appears:

"No compatible streams are currently available."

I’ve tested this on my end, and I can play the files without any issues. I’ve tried on two LG TVs in my home and on my Android phone, and everything works perfectly, whether using my home Wi-Fi or mobile data.

On his profile, I have the following options enabled:

• "Allow playback of content"
• "Allow playback of audio that requires transcoding"
• "Allow playback of video that requires transcoding"
• "Allow playback of video that requires conversion without re-encoding"

How can I fix this?

• Is it an issue with his Internet connection or mine?
• Do I need to configure something additional to enable him to play the content?

Additional Information:

• I have the latest version of Emby installed.
• My server runs on a Raspberry Pi 5 connected via Ethernet.

No me deja editar el post. Añado que desde su teléfono Android si le deja. Por lo que la conexión a Internet no es, debe ser problema de la TV LG. ¿Hay alguna configuración que deba hacer?

It won't let me edit the post. I'll add that it does let me edit it from my Android phone. So the internet connection is not the issue, it must be a problem with the LG TV. Is there any configuration I need to make?

Necesitaras subir los Logs de tu servidor, eso le ayudara a los desarrolladores a saber que es lo que esta provocando ese problema.

Hola! Adjunto el registro de un intento de reproducción. He omitido con XXXXXXX la dirección del servidor porque sino cualquiera podría conectarse. Como dato adicional, SÍ puede reproducir contenido H.265 pero NO H.264. No lo entiendo, la TV un modelo de 2014, que tiene soporte para H.264 pero no para H.265.

No esperes mucho de una Raspberry Pi 5, creo que solo puede convertir simultáneamente dos conversiones de tipo HD y poco más.

¿Hay alguna forma de aprovecharla al máximo o darle más potencia? Lo raro es que el otro dispositivo cuando reproduce no siempre estoy yo reproduciendo algo. Muchas veces solo está él conectado.

Prueba a poner al máximo en los ajustes de la TV en la parte de la reproducción > Calidad de Internet para que no intente transcodificar, en particular no me gustan las SmartTV y menos con Emby, sino te funciona y desde un teléfono Android le deja, está claro que es la SmarTV, te recomiendo un Chromecast TV, suerte.

No se si se trata de el mismo error que me aparecía a mi, pero ese mismo me salia al entrar a una serie o pelicula que tenia puesto theme-music , tenia el archivo theme.aac el cual parece que no es compatible en emby o en mi tv, cambiando a un mp3 ya no me salia ese mismo error

Con las LG Emby tienen problemas con los subtítulos intenta desactivar los subtítulos antes de reproducir el contenido.

A mi me pasó lo mismo este fin de semana. Tengo Emby instalado en varias LG y de repente en una de ellas salió lo de "Actualmente no hay transmisiones compatibles disponibles.".

Desinstalé la app de Emby y la volví a instalar y volvió a funcionar.

Hola, yo en peliculas he conseguido que suene de fondo un tema cuando te metes en ella pero en las series no lo consigo, he puesto una carpeta llamada theme-music en la misma ubicación que están los capítulos dentro de la serie pero no hay manera . dentro tengo un archivo llamado theme.mp3 y nada

Solucionado!!!! se ha estropeado el deco y no me daba audio pero funciona

Hi! I'm testing the Emby server on a Raspberry Pi 5 using Docker rootless and I'm having the same problem.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, disabling subtitles and hardware transcoding, but I still get the same error.

How can I fix this?

I've attached the server log. If you need anything else, I'll provide it.

Hello!  I installed the beta server, so I tested to see if there were any changes that would make it work, but since the TV keeps giving playback errors, I'd like to provide more information.
I have two LG TVs: one works fine, and the other displays a playback error every time I try to watch a movie or listen to a song.

- The LG 43UN80006LC webOS v4.63.15 (app v1.0.47) should be between 5 and 6 years old; it's the one that doesn't work.
- The LG OLED65G26LA webOS v23.25.45 (app v1.0.47) should be about a year old; it's the one that works.

Both TVs are updated to the latest available versions of the system and app
