Emby does not scan more than 95%

Hi, I have added a new folder to the library to scan, but it does not go beyond 95% I have restarted the server several times but it does not finish scanning, it stops at 95% every time. Any ideas?

Do you have video thumbnails turned on?
This media file has some issues and it looks like thumbnails cannot be extracted to jpg.

I am unsure of all the reasons on these log entries.  Hopefully this is helpful for someone to do a code review.

When the scan appears to be 'stuck', is emby still actively spitting out lines to the log file?

Right up to the end of the provided log, there's lines that suggest the scan is still running, file by file.

The scan percentage displayed in the dashboard is often misleading, especially with large libraries. The first ~90% always speeds by, but It can appear to be stuck during the last 10% while it is still working away on time consuming tasks. Just verify there is still activity in the logs (ignoring things like playback progress reports) and wait.

Patience is the key.

Yes, but I still have problems, the problem is not that it finishes scanning, but that when scanning it sets the scan date to the date I created the folder in the gallery. That is, I add the file yesterday 12/09/2024 and the added date that appears in embu is 11/29/2023. And I don't know why it happens, if I change the date manually it works fine. It doesn't happen in all folders, only in certain ones, so it's not the rclone assembly, it's something in the scan.

Note this option will have no affect any already imported media as they all already contain the info in the database and nfo file if you write them.
