Limitations on Emby's iOS app?

Hi,

First, I wish to commend how great and polished Emby is. The reason I need to commend is because the rest will be on the negative aspect unfortunately, but that doesn't mean the apps aren't great.

I am relatively new to Emby and recently I've been having a slight issue understanding the difference between the Emby Premiere and the free version.

I shared my server to a friend of mine who wanted to play an episode on their iPhone. My friend came back to me later showing a paywall that they can't play the media content from my server.

Basically it says they have to pay around 8$ a month. I checked the number of devices and I couldn't find anywhere if I exceed the number of devices but should be around 6.

Basically many things are ambiguous. Most subscriptions have a very clear set of columns comparing the Free version and the Paid ones. Would be really nice to have such clear and well established definitions for Emby. Especially if the conditions are different to each and every platform.

Thanks.

@maxpayn3has this helped?

yes, thank you luke.

Although I would suggest making the feature matrix shown right under the Premiere features instead of a tiny link. You'd be surprised, showing the whole picture attracts more clients.  @ebr
