Unable to reach server

Good afternoon, the problem is that when I try to access emby outside the house it does not let me, I have even spoken to the operator which is Movistar/Colombia but they told me that they do not give the password to access the router and open its ports or configuration and they also do not open any type of ports since I could damage the security of the network... I would like to know if there is an alternative to connect externally without having to move ports or anything, I would have no problem even paying for remote advice but I want to solve this issue once and for all.

If you cannot access the router to open ports, then you need to use some tunnelling solution.  Tailscale is one that some people use, and a tunnel can be set up through Cloudflare.

Search for these solutions in the forum, and you should find a number of threads with advice on setting them up.

@pwhodges please give this man a present that solved EVERYTHING I had to do a 3 hour research but hey now I can stream outside my house without problems and now even I can stream with moonlight using Tailscale too that was a dream made for me really appreciated .

Never mind the server it's working without any problems using tail scale the only thing that worries me about its that the new IP needs to be renewed every 6 months:this is the solution for everyone that the ISP don't want to do port things so it's the best option.
