Android App: Userchange buggy?

I use Emby from the Playstore on my Android stick.

Version 2.1.21g

 

I noticed that changing the user is very cumbersome.

I tap on my user name at the top and then on Log out

A page then appears listing my server and a button with Enter server manually.

If I click on my server, I am immediately logged in again with my account.

To log in another user, I have to:

Enter on server manually, re-enter server address, enter user name and password.

 

If I have logged out and I click on my server, I should not be logged in again but be asked for the new access data.

Hi.  Can you try searching for our standard android app (Just "Emby" on Amazon and "Emby for Android on Google) on the same device's app store and see how that compares?

Oh.

I didn't know there were two Emby apps.

Yes, everything works perfectly with the official app.

Only the picture would have to be moved a little to the left. The clock at the top right is only half visible. Can I scale the image in the app somewhere?

I've tested with two different TVs.

At both of them is the Screen a little bit more to the right side.

Nope. I've never seen that, and I can't seem to duplicate that on either of my Android boxes playing with several different settings.

Maybe a TV setup overscan issue ?

@Doppellhelix In the TV settings, see if there is an overscan option and turn it on/off as the picture essentially does not fit on the physical screen - it will correct all displays, not just emby.

@DoppellhelixUsing the Universal Android app is not a solution to your issue with the Android TV (ATV) app though is it.

If you click in the settings in the ATV app, you should see a Switch User option.

Use this to switch users rather than logging out.
