Emby Premiere device limit on new Google Streamer 4K device

Hi all, I had unlocked Emby on my Chromecast with GoogleTV device back in February and have upgraded to the Google Streamer device.
I am connecting to the same server I had been connecting to, but when I try to play a video, I receive the Emby Premiere device limit has been exceeded message.

I thought I unlocked the app itself with my one-time unlock, but do is it actually unlocking the individual devices? If so, where do I go to pay to have the new device unlocked?
The app I'm using is called Emby for Android and the version is 3.4.20.
