Any way to auto-tag items in a library?

Have started using iconic image enhancer and have a library set up that is only used for items about to be deleted (automated), is there any way to auto tag items based on their library/folder path?

Bulky - metadata editor in the catalogue under Metadata, can probably do it.

if you want them to be automatically tagged when you put them in a certain library, probably not
