make available for download not showing In app

I'm using the android app on anXiaomi pad 6.

I don't see the option to make available offline.

I'd like to download some shows for while I'm travelling

Am I missing something obvious ? Is there a setting in the server to make it

appear?  

Failing this do I have to go to the server and manually convert my show?

server is installed on a Windows 11 PC

Does your user have allow downloading enabled/ticked in user settings?

Already checked, but not showing on tab.

It's the same file, and the same use account, but the option to download isn't on the tab (plenty of spare space)

You're using the wrong app - that is Emby for AndroidTV client app (that does not support downloads and is generally not intended for mobile devices use); download standard Emby for Android app (same as on your mobile phone).

Yep, I just came back here to say that, after double checking everything, I looked at the app name 

You are 100% right. I stupidly installed the wrong version. All working now, and thanks very much for such a quick response.
