Movie/TV Genre Posters

I have noticed that the posters for the genre categories by default just have 4 posters of movies or tv shows from the library. The problem is that it is showing posters of movies or TV shows from libraries that the users do not have access to. When the user accesses that genre the movie or TV show shown is not available, which is correct, but i would rather not have posters from hidden libraries shown. Is there any way to prevent this other than assigning Pictures to the genre categories manually?

Not currently. Genre (and Tag) images are library/user-agnostic and are shared across all of them. Manually assigning images would be your best bet to prevent anything unwanted displayed there. Number of examples/templates in Fan Art & Videos forum section.
