I have just taken delivery of a Galaxy Chromebook GO (Chrome OS) and was looking for some guidance on which Emby Client.

I have a server (running on Windows) and an Emby Premiere account. Should I use the basic Android App or is it better to use the Emby Theater app?

Hi, I would use Emby for android for a chrome os device.
