Incorrect movie identified

The movie "Akira and Akira" (2022) is automatically identified as "Akira" (1988)

I have a folder named "Akira and Akira (2022)", with two files, "Akira and Akira (2022).mkv" and "Akira and Akira (2022).ass", in it.

I can manually identify the movie successfully, but I usually prefer to structure my library in a way that Emby can automatically identify items on its own. Is there any way to do that for this movie? Or is a manual identification the only way?

Thank you

As i remember it you can add an IMDB id something like in the form of MovieName(Date)(IMDB=IDnumber).ext

The exact format is covered in the Emby movie naming section or there will probably be someone around soon that will correct whatever I mistakenly posted.

That's surprising that would happen with the year in the folder name. What metadata fetchers are enabled on the library and in what order?

I have

  1. TheMovieDb
  2. TheTVDB

enabled on this library.

It's happening in the Web GUI as well:
