Allow user remote access through UI

The Checkbox for "allow Remote Access" on the user settings page is gone. I can change the setting by editing the XML , but the checkbox was quick and easy. Did it move? or is it just gone now?

Does your server have remote connections allowed under Settings>Network tab in the sidebar, as with that option unchecked there won't be any under user settings either (it'd be hidden)?

I do not have server remote connections enabled in network settings as my remote connections are handled by my reverse proxy. This makes sense that the allow remote access option would be hidden. Thanks for the help!
