Playback on one remote TV denied, all other devices working fine

Hi guys, search function brought me nowhere on this topic so shortly explaining what the situation is. Tbh I'm quite riddled what the problem is.

I have the current emby stable server release 4.8.8.0 setup and running on an Synology NAS. Can connect both locally and externally using HTTPS to this server, thanks to DSMs own nginx reverse proxy and let's encrypt certificate function. Playback also works fine on several devices - except on one remote LG TV device who is throwing the following fit when starting a stream:
No compatible streams are currently available. Please try again later or contact your system administrator for details

I've attached the server log, for the relevant stream starting line would be at e.g. line 216329, however no anomalies can be seen, a Response 200 is triggered when the user starts playback - which would indicate to me that it's succesfull. (The Upnp Error in the log have been caused by the automatic portmapping feature of Emby, this has been deactivated since. Didn't help)

Playback from an iPhone on the same Wifi is running fine however. Playback from this very device used to work in the past, until now.

I'm not sure if this has to do something with it but my internet provider switched from IPv6 to IPv4 on my request (portmapping is only available with IPv4 by this very provider), sending me also a new modem (Fritzbox 6660). I purged all traces of IPv6 on my NAS since they were intereferring e.g. with the emby tmdb scraper addon (timeouts because it tried to connect with IPv6).

Any hint is appreciated, honestly I'm out of ideas and would welcome a hint. Thanks!

@visproduction: I don't have the DLNA plugin enabled, might enable it for testing purposes.

@Luke: I'm using the integrated LG Web OS App of the LG TV.

Also offering a new log, the user starts playback at exactly 2024-09-17 20:31:34.952 and is met with a Response 204. What does this code stand for?

I'm starting to believe that this is an error of the LG app itself, the user is using version 1.0.44.
I will ask him what happens if he tries to start a stream with the integrated browser of the LG Web OS.

There are quite a lot of threads on this that never got resolved or got triggered via an app update.

Finally found the issue, it was within the TLS-SSL Profile Level of DSM. The LG Smart TV App appearently does not stand up to the 'Modern compatibility' setting and will quit with a 'no compatible stream found' message, however if I switch the Emby Domain to 'intermediate Compability' it will just play fine for my user.

A detailed explanation of the setting can be found here:

@Lukewould you be so kind and delete all of my personal logs in this thread, thanks!
