GollyJer 17 Posted August 19, 2024 Posted August 19, 2024 I had this problem in the past, but it was chalked up to needing a new API key from Trakt. This time I've tried the API key a few times with no lock. Also, the account is not locked on the Trakt side. Here's the pertinent log section. All it says is "BadRequest" which isn't very specific. 2024-08-18 21:54:16.989 Info Trakt: Item is played. GollyJer 17 Posted September 7, 2024 Author Posted September 7, 2024 Hey @LukeThanks for the reply. I had tried that a couple times before posting. But! I think I figured out what's going on. I run the Adguard app on my TV and it looks like it was blocking traffic to trak.tv. I added trakt to he whitelist and things we watched yesterday showed up in the trakt history. Now the next challenge. How do I go about getting emby to update trakt with the last 6 months of missed tracking? Thanks!
Solution Luke 42077 Posted September 8, 2024 Solution Posted September 8, 2024 Quote How do I go about getting emby to update trakt with the last 6 months of missed tracking? Thanks! Hi, your best bet would be to do a one-time manual run of the Trakt scheduled task(s).
GollyJer 17 Posted September 8, 2024 Author Posted September 8, 2024 Dang... well, I thought it was fixed, but it looks like a ton of history is still missing. Maybe the Emby TV app wasn't updating the server database watch-entry when trak.tv was blocked? I know that doesn't make any sense. Just thinking out loud.
Luke 42077 Posted September 9, 2024 Posted September 9, 2024 Quote Maybe the Emby TV app wasn't updating the server database watch-entry when trak.tv was blocked? Hi, no. The core server won't act differently depending on what the Trakt plugin does.
