All of a sudden remote IP has changed and stopped working

On my windows Emby server, the remote IP address changed on its own. My public address hasn't changed, it is [host1]. Emby now shows  http://[host2]:8096 for remote connection, which does not allow connection when I enter it to my Emby app on my phone when connecting to the new server address. My Emby app on my phone and existing users are still connected to the original public IP [host1]. I don't know why the remote link on the server has changed and I don't know how to change it back

Please don't post your WAN information on a public forum.  As your wanaddress:port is available (MINIWIN).

But can only guess your VPN/software is interfering.  If your WAN address is static then you could simply apply in Network-External Domain but will need to be updated if IP address ever changes.

Thanks for the update I was able to update with a static IP, and it seems to be working.
