How to save metadata images to local media folders

Not sure what do you find weird there, if you refer to:

The first part of the log indicates that a permissions configuration error caused the inability to download the .nfo file. In the middle, there is an issue with the subtitle account configuration. After resolving all these issues, I am still unable to download the TV show images into the corresponding video folder, whether refreshing the metadata or rescanning the media library.

If it already tried once and failed due to your previous issues, then you will need to refresh metadata to get it to try again.

I have refreshed the metadata many times after fixing the previous issues and even rescanned the media library. However, I didn't see any log entries indicating it attempted to download images to my video folder.

Are you Refreshing w/replace images as that is the only way to delete existing image and resave new image.

But will need to see a server log showing that for a specific example if it does not work.

I have triggered it again and captured a portion of the log. The rest are similar logs for each episode. Let me emphasize again, my core issue is not that I cannot display poster images on Emby, but rather that I want to download the related scraped poster images into the folder where my videos are located, similar to .nfo information. This way, when I share with others, they don't need to scrape again using Emby.

Dev will have to comment but there is no image activity at all.

What happens if you got to edit image and search for image are images shown?  If you save a new image it is save with media?

Only other thing I can suggest is disabling the image providers, then reenable them and do the same thing.

Thank you for your help. I tried disabling all image providers and the option to save images in the media folder, then re-enabled the TheMovieDB image provider and checked the option to save images to the media folder. However, when i refresh metadata， I still did not find any images. The related logs are attached.

Don't know if related but how many libraries do you have setup and there folder paths?  As there appears to be overlapping libraries.

What are your library Metadata and Image settings?  As your refreshes are not hitting providers in these logs but could be to many refreshes just using cached metadata.

Please enable debug logging.  Go to one of the episodes and edit image, search and change image even if reselecting the same image and post the log for that example.

I finally figured it out, there were actually two issues: 1) I created two media libraries, and the directory configuration of one included the directory of the other. However, that library was not configured to write images to the media folder, so no matter how I configured the other one, it would not take effect. 2) After I separated the overlapping directories and refreshed the metadata, I still didn't see the images downloaded to the folder. However, once I accessed it through the Emby home page once, the images appeared in the media library.
