Thumbnail Image Extraction no longer working in 4.8.8

My windows emby server recently updated, and I have added new videos, but they don't get thumbnails.  It has been several days and I have restarted the server and the computer several times.  I noticed there are 2 scheduled tasks to extract image thumbnails, that say they have run, but took 0 seconds.  I am not sure how force thumbnails.  In the past, I would just "rescan" the library and new videos found would automatically get thumbnails.

That is reasonable.  Where would I find logs that show that the image extraction process is working or not working?

Nevermind! I  found under Libraries, Library, Edit, Video Image Fetchers, Image Capture was unchecked!  Checking it, again, re-enables thumbnail extraction from new videos.  Sorry!
