eac3 7.1 not playing on fire tv stick 4k

hello

i cant play any file with eac3 7.1 audio on my fire tv stick. eac3 5.1 files work fine. also the 7.1 files work just fine on samsung or android for example.

i just see a freezed picture, thats all. in the app it says its version 3.4.06.

i bought the new 4k max and now the files work fine.
