Emby recently stopped identifying shows in auto organize

Just wanted to post a question to see if anyone else is experiencing this issue:

Emby has recently stopped identifying show in auto organize. What I get, for example is this
"Expedition.Unknown.S14E03.mkv - No provider metadata found for Expedition Unknown season 14 episode 3"

So when I go, lets say into Expedition Unknown show, and do an identify, regardless of the metadata provider & show #id  I use to try to identify it - it doesn't find it, or anything for that matter.

However, if I manually copy the file into the show series/season , it scrapes the correct metadata for the episode and the show.

This just started happening within the past week. And there are no changes that have been made on my side that should prevent Emby from reaching out to the metadata providers, nor scrapers. Which , by the looks of it - is limited because it does still work, if the file is dropped manually in the directory it needs to be in.

Will need to see the server log.

I figured it out. Apparently there have been some recent changes with my surfshark vpn program which caused emby's call outs to "api4.thetvdb.com" to be blocked. Thanks for the quick reply tho - always appreciate you all.
