emveepee 132 Posted July 22, 2024 Posted July 22, 2024 Yes some zip codes are working so you could map to another one for now. Unbelievable that so many people care about The Jetsons, Bullwinckle etc. Martin 1 1

justinrh 259 Posted July 23, 2024 Posted July 23, 2024 Not just 'toons - I have 3 channels with no data.
justinrh 259 Posted July 30, 2024 Posted July 30, 2024 (edited) Mine did also! But, I had to go manually add the guide channel mapping... Edited July 30, 2024 by justinrh
BrandonYoung 12 Posted July 30, 2024 Author Posted July 30, 2024 My MeTV Toons guide data is still 3 hours out of sync.
clollar 9 Posted August 3, 2024 Posted August 3, 2024 (edited) Any progress on this? Toons is not the only channel I have without guide data. Edit: I stand corrected. I have one server on ubuntu and one on windows. The windows one has My TV Toons updated. Not the others in the image. Edited August 3, 2024 by clollar Corrected issue solved on windows

I had read that a couple times, but wasn't sure where to do that. I found it under Metadata for that particular channel. I'll try it with these others. Also my zip had been changed slightly due to having read that helped somewhere, so I changed it back. Thank you! 1 1
BrandonYoung 12 Posted August 26, 2024 Author Posted August 26, 2024 @Luke and @ebr I am still seeing the MeTV Toons listings as 3 hours before they actually show. Have you heard anything back from Gracenote, I presume that is where you get the guide listing from?

The computer was set up to use Los Angeles for the time zone when I installed Linux. brandon@minisforum-th60:~$ timedatectl Local time: Sun 2024-08-25 22:00:50 PDT Universal time: Mon 2024-08-26 05:00:50 UTC RTC time: Mon 2024-08-26 05:00:50 Time zone: America/Los_Angeles (PDT, -0700) System clock synchronized: yes NTP service: active RTC in local TZ: no brandon@minisforum-th60:~$ On the Emby Live TV Settings page, I have my zip code 90403, which is in Santa Monica, CA, which should be the Pacific Time Zone and I have the lineup set for Local Over The Air Broadcast since I am using an antenna attached to an HDHomeRun FLEX 4K for my TV source. Also, it is only the MeTV Toons channel 54.3 listing that is 3 hours off. Other channels are showing the programs at their correct time.
ebr 16169 Posted August 26, 2024 Posted August 26, 2024 So they are 3 hours ahead as if it is an east coast feed? Can anyone in the same time zone confirm?
BrandonYoung 12 Posted August 26, 2024 Author Posted August 26, 2024 @ebr Yes, It looks like the MeTV Toons channel 54.3 is the East coast feed instead of the West coast feed. I tried other different zip codes in the Los Angeles area, like 90210, 90232, and 90245, and 91001 The channel guide still has the same offset. Other channels look like they are on the correct time zone feed, but I didn't do an exhaustive check of every channel. For area code 91001, The emby guide pulled data for channel 27.1 which is also showing MeTV Toons, and that lineup is on the correct time zone. However, channel 54.3 is 3 hours ahead of where it should be. I can use that zip code as a work around, and manually map the channel. but I prefer it if the data is corrected and I can use my own zip code.
Solution BrandonYoung 12 Posted August 28, 2024 Author Solution Posted August 28, 2024 Looks like the MeTV Toons channel listing is showing the shows at the correct time, now. I noticed the same error on other TV guides on the web and submitted the correction through their feed back forms. https://www.tvtv.us/ca/santa-monica/90403/luUSA-OTA90403 https://tvlistings.zap2it.com/?aid=gapzap I presume they all get the same source for TV listings, and the error notice was passed upstream and corrected. 1
