hukt_own_fonikz 10 Posted June 7, 2024 Posted June 7, 2024 I have a movie that shows both audio streams showing as default. It will only play one of the streams, no matter if I change the stream at the title menu, or if I change the stream while the movie is playing, it always plays the first track. This problem doesn't occur in browser, Android app, or desktop Ubuntu app. Only happens for me on Roku TVs.
Luke 42077 Posted June 7, 2024 Posted June 7, 2024 Hi there, let's look at an example. Please attach the information requested in how to report a media playback issue. Thanks!
pwhodges 2012 Posted June 7, 2024 Posted June 7, 2024 Since two default streams is inherently wrong, why not just correct the flags using MKVToolNix (makes a new MKV file) or JMKVpropedit (edits in place if existing is MKV)? Paul
Happy2Play 9780 Posted June 7, 2024 Posted June 7, 2024 Pretty much the same discussion over here about subs as the ROKU has issue with it.
Solution ebr 16169 Posted June 7, 2024 Solution Posted June 7, 2024 Hi. This is a known issue with the Roku player. It is intolerant of bad input data so the only solution is to correct the tags in the media. 1
