Removing Playlist from Menu side panel

Hi! I've been googling around to find out that this issue has been going on for years and i couldn't find a fix for it.

Can someone help me out on removing the playlist menu that shows up on the left side?? 

Would it be possible to disable it or at least to prevent it to open up by default everytime the main page is being accessed?

Yes the default expanded Playlist has been a reported issue as it is hard coded open.

There is no option to remove/hide these options from the navdrawer.

I managed to have it removed by using uBlock Origin from Chrome extension. At least that will do the job until a solution is found.

##div.emby-collapse.navDrawerItemsSection.focuscontainer-x.navDrawerCollapseSection:nth-of-type(4)

Yes you just have to be careful as you could be removing something from the Dashboard Navdrawer also as the drawers share code and nothing really unique between the two so removing from one usually removes from the other.

But from a web client standpoint yes custom css is potentially a option (only if unique elements exist).  Will not apply to other clients.

Thanks for the advise. I'll keep that in mind if any issues appear. Worst case scenario, i'll revert it back from that browser.
