Trouble signing into connect

I can’t sign into my Emby connect, I reset my password and now can’t connect to my nvidia shield with the pin. Can anyone help me?

Hi there, what exactly happens when you try to connect? Where did you reset your password?

When I try to log into Emby connect it says wrong user name and password, even using the pin. I can see the server but it won't connect, it says Invalid user name and password. I just recently changed my password on Emby connect and I'm thinking that is somehow the problem??

When I scan the QR code to sign in with my phone and enter the pin it says  Pin confirmed. thank you but my server doesn't connect pop up on the tv
