Any idea why SKIP INTRO is not working on Roku?

I do have SKIP INTRO enabled

Have you run the "Detect Episode Intros" within scheduled tasks? Are there intro markers for that item?

intro markers were set to never..changed

GRR..still no skip intro..setings on ROKU show SKIP INTRO enabled....server side, TV library Generate intro video markers; schedule as task and when media added.

detect intro markers, looks like it ran two weeks ago...hmmmm

I'll play a tv series and when the intro starts the SKIP INTRO button never appears. Tried on Roku, Android and Web App.

How many episodes of that series and season do you have in your library?

tried mutiple series same issue.. for example: True Blood...7 seasons..12 epsiodes per season

My next thought is to re-run the DETECT EPISODES INTROS...but holy smokes this will take a lllooonnnggg time

Hi. Doesn't look like it did anything (took 0 seconds) and it hasn't run in a long time so it doesn't seem the scheduled task is working...

The 'ChapterAPI' Plugin will show you if the show in question actually has Intro's detected (they may not). 

Intro Summary (2nd tab) will show you the % of detected Intro's across all your shows.

If some have, and some haven't - then it's likely not a processing issue.

If you do a FULL Refresh metadata on a show, then it 'should' re-process that entire show for Intro's again.

Ok... nearly three days later; doing detect intro scan. All working now
