I've been onto the chat with Amazon, I've deleted & reloaded the emby app on the firestick again, I'm still getting the "processing error". Sometimes it is after payment has been approved by amazon & sometimes earlier in the process when I click on your "verify & pay" button. Amazon say the issue is with your app & I am inclined to believe them.

ebr 16169 Posted May 19, 2024 Posted May 19, 2024 From the app standpoint we just see this: 05-19 17:26:34.706 10764 10764 I System.out: Purchase cancelled. So something is going wrong inside the Amazon workflow.

That message is not ours so it has to be coming from them. Finally it is solved! I needed to set up the "1 - Click" option on my amazon payment page. I have done that & the payment has gone through! 1 1
