Emby player blinking while playing a movie/tv show

Recently on the version 4.8.3 of emby on windows, while i watch tv/show it will blink (not sure it's the right word in english)

 

I upgraded to 4.8.4 just in case but this is still happening.

 

My server run on windows 11, and i watch through browser (chrome)

 

I included the logs and i'm not sure if i gave enough information.

Wasn't sure if the word in english but it's the stutter issue here

I'm trying the solutions there. Will see if I'm lucky

seems like updating the gpu drivers worked
